My story

My life adventure began in November 1980. Growing up in a working-class family, I learned early on to take responsibility. After training as a painter and varnisher, family and work took priority for many years. But over time, the traces of physically demanding work began to show. Pain in my shoulders and knees dominated my everyday life.

An encounter in 2021 changed my life. I heard about Reiki for the first time and was able to experience how powerful this energy is. After my initiation into the first degree of Reiki in December 2022, my shoulder pain disappeared and, with daily practice, my energy and zest for life returned.

This turning point led me on my own Reiki path, from student to Reiki master and teacher in the traditional Usui system. Today, Reiki is not just a method for me, but a way of life that brings awareness, gratitude, and inner balance. I am happy to accompany people in activating their self-healing powers, finding more peace and serenity, and improving their quality of life.

Reiki – a way of life, not a profession

Reiki has long been an integral part of my life. It has changed me – I am more conscious, balanced, and grateful. Today, I know that nothing in life happens by chance. Every person is responsible for their own well-being. Reiki is a continuous process of learning and development – and I am excited to see where this path will lead me.
