The Usui Reiki system was developed by Japanese monk Mikao Usui and has been practiced worldwide for over 100 years. It forms the basis of modern Reiki, which is used today in many countries for relaxation and to enhance well-being.

A treatment according to the Usui system invites you to let go, recharge your batteries, and get back in touch with yourself. Many people experience it as a soothing break from everyday life that promotes serenity, clarity, and joie de vivre.
